What are the chances of the book being available in europe once it's released?
Shipping cost aside, there's also the possibility that I would have to pick up the the books at the customs office which would increase the price to about 225$ for all three books.
I'm not 100% positive, but I believe that backer rewards from a Kickstarter are technically considered gifts for tariff purposes, so hopefully you would not be required to pay extra customs on them, but that does vary by country.
If we can secure an overseas distributor, that may help with the process after the fact, but that would be a bit down the road after backer fulfillment. We sold some products through Ulisses Spiele, a German distributor, on a test basis. We're in talks with Good Games in Australia to get our products listed through them as well. Heck, even if you're in the U.S. and Canada you can ask for our products through online retailers like The Warstore or Noble Knight Games or even your FLGS, whether you're at Enchanted Grounds in the Denver area or Card Kingdom right here in Seattle or whatever your store of choice may be.
Since we're a relatively new company, if you contact an online retailer or a game store, especially one where you have an established relationship and know the people there but even if you're just a new customer, and ask them for our products, you increase the chances that they'll want to continue stocking Legendary Games material and buying them in the future. If you don't see our products there, call and email them and ask for them. If a German or Australian distributor is not helpful to you, look for RPG distributors that do ship to your country, point them to our website and our company email at makeyourgamelegendary@gmail.com.
This is an area where fans can ABSOLUTELY help companies spread their reach and get their games available more widely. We can talk to distributors, but if they don't see a demand from fans they'll probably say "no thanks." If they hear from us and they hear from you, they start to see that this is a product they need to stock, and you help spread the good word of Legendary Games wider and wider, and that's good news for everybody!

You might be able to pull it off. You can also be charged with tax fraud, so I'd advise against it.

So far, Ulisses only has your PoD products that I can also order through Amazon, I'd be more interested in your AP compilations.

That's where you come in. If you contact Ulisses and ask if they are going to carry it, they may come back to us and place an order, especially if you AND others do so. We can offer product, but they need to see that it's a product people want. If they see people asking for it, they'll be more inclined to want to carry it. It's kind of a dance to get all the partners in the supply chain together, but customers asking for product even when the distributor doesn't carry it (YET!) is definitely part of the process.

Oooh, that sounds pretty interesting! Jason, if you want, I might be able to put you in touch with the guy that wrote most of that book ... :)

You know a guy, eh? Well tell your guy to talk to the head Kobold. I'm sure no one would take it amiss if you slid some of your content more on the Hero's Handbook side of things. Email me at makeyourgamelegendary@gmail.com and we'll see how we might want to do that and/or work things in farther down the road to bonus-goal-land.

I just wanted to drop in and leave my 2 cp. While I am interested in the books, I just cannot afford to pledge $150 in order to get all 3. Also, I prefer hard copies to PDF's. They are actually easier to read in bed than have a laptop on my legs. Therefore it appears I will have to wait til they are published and buy them one at a time.
Just my 2 cp.

Hey, you can always dive in and pledge for just one of the books now, then get the others when they come out. By backing you can help reach additional backer goals, vote in our HERE THERE BE MONSTERS polls and other backer-only polls (one is coming up soon to decide which Rogue Genius Games classes to get the full mythic treatment), and get your name in the books as a backer.

I was interested in backing at this level too until I saw that it didn't actually get you physical copies of the books. I'm not paying $50 a piece for PDFs.

The $75 dollar level gets you pdfs of all three books. I agree though the books aren't cheap! I was on the fence a long time but these books get beefier with every stretch goal unlock.

I'm a supporter at the $150 level (at this stage) and it does give you the physical books.

Um. Unless I am seriously missing something, and I might be due to being tired and in pain, the $150 pledge aka Mythic Marvel gets you "Print copies of all three books, Mythic Spell Compendium, Mythic Monster Manual and Mythic Hero's Handbook, along with your name listed as a Marvelous Mythic Maniac in each of the books".

Correct.
$150 pledge = Print copies of all three books
$75 pledge = PDF copies of all three books

And that's HARDCOVER print copies.

Once it hits the stretch goals for unlocking the next two hardcovers at least. Not that I'm expecting it to fail to reach them based on the current performance.

The folks upthread have it right:
$150 is for three physical books, one in hardback already (and the next probably a few days away from going hardback as well), and all over 200 pages and climbing just about every day.
$75 is for three PDFs.

Grr, the Mythic Cairn Wight is losing on undead poll...anyone who votes against Mythic Wights will be the first to be converted when the Wightocalypse comes! After the non-backers, of course.
well, that's for a guaranteed slot in the book. :) They could always sneak their way in as one of the dev's choices... Or maybe someone wants to sponsor it ;)

Inasmuch as I'm sure they'd love to see some extra sponsorship...
The Mythic Hero's Handbook begins is over 215 pages of mythic feats, skills, path abilities, and more, including every single feat from the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game Core Rulebook, Advanced Player's Guide, Ultimate Combat, and Ultimate Magic along with mythic versions of the class abilities of every character class in the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game Core Rulebook and Advanced Player's Guide and new mythic path abilities for every path, plus a massive 60-plus-page mythic psionics project from Dreamscarred Press, bringing you everything you might need for integrating psionics into your mythic campaign.
But perhaps something from Rogue Genius's Talented line? Perhaps the Talented Rogue?

You know what? That may actually get me to pull the trigger. I confess I've been quietly sitting here, without gruntles. "What does this mean, 'without gruntles'?", you may ask. Well, one who is with gruntles clearly has them, yes? One who is without them (but presumably at one point was in full possession of his or her gruntles) could be said to be disgruntled.
I don't promise I will pledge as finances are a tad wonky this month, what with suddenly having to put a new roof on my house, but this change of policy has me wanting to.
So in advance, assuming I can get in on this, thank you for relenting on this policy. Classy.
