Can a tiefling magus with Maw or Claw use their arcane pool to enhance their natural attacks?

As the title says, I would like to know if I can use my arcane pool to enhance my natural(claw attacks)

If so, does it apply to both claws or just one? Thanks in advance!

Yes, and just one claw, sadly.

Follow up question! If this character were to use spell combat, would I get my 2 claw attacks + my shocking grasp? Or just the one claw and the other hand casts shocking grasp?

Since natural attacks like claws don't get iterative attacks from BAB, you'd get one claw attack and the other claw deals the Shocking Grasp, although you could Spellstrike the Shocking Grasp through your claw.
