What is the strongest creature in the game considering the following modifiers to strength based on size?

.
.
.
+06 Fine
+06 Diminutive
+04 Tiny
+00 Small/Medium
-04 Large
-08 Huge
-12 Gargantuan
-16 Colossal

Super bonus points if it is easily controlled and susceptible to magic jar.

It is my intent to capture the biggest baddest, easily controllable, monster around, then use a greater hat of disguise to take humanoid form (thereby retaining my ability to cast spells and maneuver in humanoid communities) so that I may benefit form awesome strength, hit points, and other abilities.

Without too much looking around, I found that Cthulhu>Nightwave>Tarrasque.

I'm not sure exactly what you're planning, but you'd need a pretty liberal DM (or be really, really high level) to find any of them. Especially Cthulhu.

On the bright side, the tarrasque is plenty strong, and he only has a plus 12 on will saves. He's probably immune to mind affecting stuff though.

I'm not sure - but perhaps Giants are a good bet?

There are probably stronger critters out there - but they are in the right CR range (for when one acquire Magic Jar) and they have bad Will saves. Besides, there should be plenty of research on the topic of enslaving giants that is just waiting to be stolen *ehm* I mean borrowed from the Rune Lords

The Titans are also worth a look. They are among the strongest 'No-name' critters around (all stronger the Terrasque). The Hekatonkheires and Thanatotic are mere 7 and 6 points less stregnth then Cthulhu himself. And their will saves is only +18 & +20 instead of +33. Now - go find one with class levels (using the elite array - 1 level of fighter is enough) and you are all set!

For Str/Cr nothing beats the Colossal Animated object. Str 46 (-16) and CR 11? But I cant recall if Magic Jar works on them (probably not...)

Edit: It is worth noting several high CR critters are resistant or flat out immune to Mind Effecting stuff. Even if Magic Jar doesn't have that descriptor the line "It is blocked by protection from evil or a similar ward." might throw a wrench in the works depending on your GMs interpretation of 'similar wards'.

Silver Crusade

the tarrasque can be defeated by a level 12 wizard and a level 1 BSF with a horse :P

Are there any creatures that aren't "one of a kind" or that are "easily obtainable?"

So far, my favorite is the mastodon at 34 Strength and only 2,000gp on the market. Can we do better than that?

The Titans isn't one of a kind - they just happen to be exceedingly powerful ^^

For a combination and ease of attainment - animals are hard to beat. And since they usually don't have any flashy special attacks or anything they tend to have decent physical stats for their CR

Great white whale would be pretty neat, though there's no price tag on it that I can find (such things make it easier to justify to a GM). Would work well with overland flight.

Can you imagine a flying whale knocking your house down? :D

Splat :P

But honestly, finding and capturing a Great White Whale might be a mini campaign by itself ^^

Also, this. When measly water-dwelling colossal whales doesn't cut it anymore ^^ (Saves you the casting of Overland Flight as well.) A bit rare perhaps =)

While looking trough the pfsrd d20 site just now I noticed something under the Ride skill listing. Scroll down to aquatic animals ...

Sadly, there appears to be no good source listing on that one, but the site is usually reliable. Perhaps you could try mailing them and asking =)?
