There's the Bitter enchantment, but I doubt the dragon will fail a DC 14 Fort save.
Maybe bathe in garlic and onion stew, with a pinch of paprika? OR carry a bunch of vials of acid or an appropriate substance (Alchemist fire if it's weak to fire, for example) and then just break them whilst you're inside the belly.

There's a lot of spectacularly bad advice in this thread considering a dragon can't even eat someone while they are still alive (making most of the above suggestions moot).
Generally, you want to do your research. Find out what kind of dragon it is, MAKE SURE IT IS THAT KIND OF DRAGON (stories abound of dragons using magic to look like other dragons), learn its weaknesses and abilities in advance, and prepare appropriately.
Some general pointers:
- A dragon's breath weapon can be hella scary. Scatter the party. Get evasion, energy resistance, and other means of protecting yourself against them. A popular tactic for many dragons is to simply fly out of reach, breathing on foes, until they are all dead or fled.
- Dragons can fly, and can snatch and drop wayward adventurers. Protect yourself from falling damage with rings of feather fall and the like. Perhaps you could fight the dragon in a location that doesn't allow for flight, such as a small cave.
- Dragons are spellcasters. Prepare for them like you would any spellcaster.
- Dragons have LOTS of natural attacks. Keep moving. Never let him get a full attack.
- Use touch attacks that deal ability damage. Dragons have notoriously low touch ACs. Things like Cockatrice Grit are your ticket to success.
- If all else fails, hit him with dust of sneezing and choking and run away (or better yet, coup de grace him over and over again with your -url=http://paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/advanced/advancedFeats.html#_dastar dly-finish]Dastardly Finish[/url] feat until it dies).
