Getting official credit for Unreported Games

I played a lot of games when I first started at a store that never reported them, since a new VL has taken over and they have been reported for a long time now. However I would like to officially get credit for all those games that were not reported. Is there any way to do this? Mainly I would like to get credit for the games that I ran.

Thanks!!

As long as you have the chronicles, you have the credit.

In any case, the chronicles are official proof of credit.
Reporting games is neccessary for bookkeeping and for the campaign leadership to know about the amount of games played. Also, the most recent scnearios need to be reported for purposes of plot development.
Other than that, reporting isn't needed for official credit, it will only be neccessary if you loose your physical copies of the chronicles, on which case reported data can serve as a way to prove which chronicles you should have.

If your VL has the needed data to report those games, it would still be good to report them for bookkeeping puposes.

I can relate to this, as I have something like a dozen games un-reported as a judge (for much the same reasons as MiniGM above). Once I finally got my third star it bugged me less... but still, it's the difference between 55 games to go to 4 stars and 43 games to go.

and I wonder about the next time I run one of the scenarios where I have an unreported credit on a PC. Should I report the new run of scenario XX-XX to PC -3, realizing that he has the chronicle already from running it before (that never got reported)? (not to add a NEW chronicle - but to give him credit for the old one he has...)

but then again - not a major issue - just a minor one...

If you have missing PFS records in your Paizo.com sessions database, you should contact your Venture Captain (or the closest one if there isn't one in your area or Mike Brock). Give them all the information you have. You will at least need:

Date
Adventure
Your PFS number
Your PC number (if you played or took credit as a GM)
Your PC name and faction (see above)
If a player, how many Prestige Points you earned
The Event Name/Number if you have this info.

You should NOT report taking GM credit for a PC on another session as the date on the new session will not match the date you put on the Chronicle sheet when you first earned the credit and used it for a PC.

Note: you need to contact your VC as Venture-Lieutenants do not have access to edit your session records.

When contacting your VC, try to include the pfs #s of as many of the players in each session as you can remember.

oh, I absolutely forgot about the GM stars. Especially with all those new GM rewards, that's a very important reason for reporting.

yea it is for the GM stars, so really just the games that I GM'd
the problem of course is that I have no idea who played, just that I ran them.

Hell in some cases I don't even have the date :( This was when I was just starting out and did not realize the necessity of keeping good records.
