It is that time of year to start getting ready for the San Antonio Convention ChimaeraCon 2014 – April 4 – 6.

Once again I am adding a more tables this year so I am going to need a lot more GMs to make this year another success! Just like last year if you GM 2 games you get in for free. Also something new this year, I have added a session for volunteering for Sign-in Desk. The convention has gotten too large for me to do on my own. Just like GMing if you volunteer for 2 slots you get in for free. If you just want to play I look forward to seeing you there as well. Still have room for volunteers. Volunteering 2 slots will get you a free pass for the weekend.

Anyone from Houston going to ChimeraCON? I'm looking to possibly catch a ride there and back. I've got a room/floor to sleep on, but I just can't afford the gas for the drive right now.

I'd love to come up and help out too!

I think I have more players coming for your neck of the woods then I am having come from Austin, which is still surprising the hell out of me.

Kelly has responded to me in the Houston PFS facebook group that he's willing to give me a ride to and from the CON. I'll be staying in Charles Bailey's hotel room for Friday and Saturday night, but am not sure about Sunday night as Kelly isn't coming back to Houston til Monday morning.

I'm going to sign up to help with the desk for Saturday mid-slot and Sunday morning slot as you don't have anyone signed up for those yet. Do you still need me to sign up for the regular CON pass or will this satisfy the requirements for entry?
