Order # 3004050, why is my Flip Mat not shipped???

I ordered the Darklands Flip Mat... why has this not shipped yet?? I did not select it to be shipped with my next subscription order or anything yet it is being held back??

I was expecting to get this before this Friday (Feb 14th) and it should have been easily if it was shipped at the time of the order. I NEEDED this for a convention this weekend!!!
