Lantern Bearer, Aiudara Network, and You?

So I have a question about a Lantern Bearer class feature.

Aiudara Alignment (Su)

At 9th level, once per day as a full-round action a Lantern Bearer can use the interconnected power of the aiudara network to teleport herself to an elf gate that she has studied carefully (see teleport). This functions as word of recall but the Lantern Bearer can only transport herself plus 50 pounds of objects.

In addition, a Lantern Bearer can magically slip between the spaces in reality twice per day as a swift action, as if using dimension door. This ability has a range of 50 feet and the Lantern Bearer cannot take other creatures with her.

When, how, and where can you use this in PFS?

Is it possible to get that high in the class without being in Seeker play?

Minimum level would be 14.

Zach: Yes, it's possible to use the first ability. Pretty limited, but possible. There is one scenario that features an aiudara that I know of. It's disabled, but that isn't a prerequisite of the class ability. I'm not going to say which scenario, but it's not that hard to figure out based on locations. It's also not particularly plot relevant.

Paths of Prestige, or here.

Oh no, this ability will not be used before seeker play, but I am very positive finding seeker games in my area will be fairly simple, so I have started planning a couple of my main characters passed level 12.

Thanks for the responses!

And yes, as been said, Lantern Bearer is in Paths of Prestige.
