order 1135387- where is my PF AP advantage?

I have just placed order 1135387 (which included 5 dungeon back issiues on sale (50% off). was this the reason that the system did not caulculate my PF AP subscription advantage into the price? if not, I ask to reduce 15% of the price of my order.

The Pathfinder Advantage does not stack with other discounts, so the 50% discount supersedes the Advantage's 15%.
