I level 5 wizard. I play in some Thornkeep, so I Fame not max. Know you about chronicle sheet out there that includes a Blessed Book? I no want pay for spell scribing cost.

::clears throat::

Sorry, I was speaking half-ork there for a second. Does anyone know of an adventure or module out there with a chronicle sheet that gives access to a Blessed Book that a 5th or 6th level character could play?

Back to speak half-ork. It easier on throat. Less grammars to swallow.

I will say this much: Off the top of my head, I can't think of a Chronicle sheet out there that has a blessed book on it (there may well be one or three floating around somewhere). That's reason enough for me to consider adding one in the future.

There are, for the record, many named magic items that have not appeared on Chronicle sheets yet. I'm always open to recommendations of what sorts of published items people would like to see on a Chronicle sheet.

Common Sequence of Events:

Messageboard post: I would like to see giant-hide armor on a Chronicle sheet.
John's thoughts: Me too! We should make that happen. Take a memo!
John on the messageboard: We'll have to see if such a thing shows up in the future.
John's thoughts: Yay! Public feedback provided easy-to-implement ideas!

As for Blessed Books, they would probably be the most useful on a 3-7 or 5-9 sheet, when people have enough cash but perhaps not enough Fame to get one. They are almost pointless on a 7-11 unless they include a special spell or a set of spells already in there.

Thanks for taking the time to look at the boards.

Chalk me up to the camp that would absolutely love to see normally unavailable spells found on chronicle sheets in spellbooks (mundane and/or blessed varieties).

I'm not going to spoil too much, but there is a chronicle out there that makes some usually illegal spells legal. Even better, it does it for all your characters.

I have it. :P Not sure if there's more than just one, but I have one of them.

Yea, there's two or three, but they all have some overlap with the unlocks.

In that case I'm going to go slightly off topic here and say that I've always found it a shame that the Spellbooks from Chapter 2 of Ultimate Magic are not PFS legal.

Some of those spellbooks with a preperation ritual would be a (in my opinion) nice item for most Wizards to find on a Chronicle.

Hmmm! Good point!
