G'Kar from Babylon 5

Conversions

Thinking about making a G'Kar type character, or maybe even G'Kar himself (surviving as a clone)
Thinking about making him Lizardfolk, Nagaji or Dragonkin and some sort of Bard.
I once had a theory that Nagaji were actually a somewhat dim Narn offshoot race-the story about being a created servitor race was a cleverly placed lie to throw off the Shadows.
I don't want anyone spending hours of their life on this, because this idea , like many others, probably won't come to pass, but how would you stat up G'Kar?

The Exchange

there is a B5 rpg and a D20 B5 RPG, i would look there fist. The free online sources i found were sketchy.

Well, in the last few seasons I'd say he had one of the Divine classes.

Actually, Narn are marsupial mammals analog and not reptilians of any sort.

I knew they had pouches, but I didn't realize they were that mammalian.
Is there a Pathfinder or 3rd party race that does a better treatment, or will I actually have to get off my lazy ass and build a Narn race from scratch? I hate to have a hit on Charisma, but of all the Narns on the show, G'Kar was the only (very) charming one.

Stat-wise? I think that dwarves would be the closest (high Constitution, spirituality that could be represented as a bonus to Wisdom, lower than average Charisma, high durability).

Probably Narn would have to be written from scratch, though.

Nah, the narn were roughly analogous with reptiles. After all, if some reptiles give birth to live young, why can't extra-terrestrial reptiles have pouches?

I too would make G'Kar a divine class. He became a very spiritual person, perhaps an Oracle would be most appropriate. As for stats, Narn were meant to be very strong and stoic.

Dark Archive

Early on G'Kar would likly have some levels of Ranger, favored enemy centauri with stealth to sneak in and out of hit and run attacks. That is a Devine class and his beliefs about the universe could be thought of as a ranger thinks about nature.

I'm not sure what he would start as but at some point I'm thinking he would multi-class as an Oracle.
