Problem printing Core Rulebook

Bought the latest PDF of the core rulebook and having issues printing it.
When I send it to the printer as a 2 sided document, I get 2 spool jobs in the print queue.
First spool seems to be the first 6 pages in a 2 sided format.
that prints, but then I get a message to add custom paper size to print tray.

Tried this on both a high-end canon printer and a black and white canon copier/printer with the same results.

Are there restrictions to printing purchased PDFs??

Hmm, I wonder if it's related to the 7th and 8th pages being a double-page spread?

This is entirely a possibility—you could try skipping over those and see if that works.

I've not had problems printing the CRB from PDF with the exception of over-running a printer's buffer. Also, XP seems to have issues spooling the file.

In your print dialog try unchecking the box that says "use paper size in file" (or somthing like that, I'm not at home now or else I would look it up and tell you exactly.) if you are getting paper change requests then unchecking that box and selecting 8.5x11 should do the trick.
