Looking at the top 32 it looks like items where judged or at least discussed on the forum.
Is there any chance we could see the topics of the discarded items and read how many keep and reject the items took and maybe the reasons the judges rejected or promoted them?
Not likely...they have tended to keep that privet since they are personal discussion between the judges and were never intended to be public. They may be short and come across with less professionalism than if they were actually providing feedback to a potential designer. I think one year Vic was pulling some of the judges material when Clark had a I'll critique your thread to help him get through the massive list of requests, so he might do that again in the Critique thread.
In the past the 'please critique my item' included judges comments. It is possible with the Top 100 those comments exist, but the judges will have to take time to post those. Sean has said he couldn't do it this year so it is up to the three judges for this round.
I'd start by posting your item in the critique thread.
