9th Level Cleric - Suggested Items

Advice

Silver Crusade

Hello,
I am looking for suggestions of what magic items to buy for my 9th level cleric. He is a pretty traditional buffer/healer with the Artifice and Protection domains.

I expect an influx of ~17,000 gp. My current ideas are:

Warhammer +1 demonbane... 6,000 gp upgrade (going to be focusing on Season 5).
Wand of cure moderate wounds... 4,500 gp (not sure if it's worth the price)

So... that leaves about 6,500.

Stuff I have:
Warhammer +1
Heavy steel shield +1
Ring of protection +1
Headband of Wisdom +2
Handy haversack
Wand of cure light wounds
Assorted potions and scrolls
Hmm... maybe some other things, don't have his sheet handy.

Thanks!

...What are your stats?

EDIT: And what's your usual M.O. when a fight starts? What spells are you usually prepping?

Clerics are an incredibly diverse class. They don't all want the same gear.

If you have the Pathfinder Society Primer..

First Aid Gloves, very helpful.

Just saying.

And Jiggy is right..the sort of Cleric you're playing will shape what you're doing.

My main cleric, Roasa Del Noire, is a buffer/healer/support type.

She doesn't even have a magic weapons (or shot a crossbow since 3rd level).

That being said, here are the things she typically carries:
Potions
-A couple Enlarge Persons (for the tanks)
-A couple Protection from Evil (for the tanks)
-Oil of Align Weapon (very handy this season)

Scrolls
-Cultural Adaption (she's the Diplomat of Mass Destruction)
-Supress Charms & Compulsions
-Ghostbane Dirge (Regular or Mass)
-Restoration (1 or 2)
-Cure Disease/Poison

Wands
-Wand of Cure Light/Moderate Wounds
-Wand of Sure Casting (very helpful this season)
-Wand of Lesser Restoration

Rods
-Rod of Reach Spell

Misc
-First Aid Gloves (Seriously.. if you have the primer.. this is a MUST)
-Anti-toxin/plague
-Any of the alchemical items
-Holy Water, Alkali/Acid, Alchemist Fire

A bit of prudence and planning makes things easier to go. Also telling the fighters to put aside some coin for restoration and such.. that you're not an ATM for healing/curing. (Yeah, I've had a few try to make ME pay for their stuff..that stops these days)

I'm a 9th-level cleric myself, of the tanky variety. I have:

+2 STR belt
+2 WIS headband
+3 mithral breastplate
+3 buckler
+1 ring of protection
+1 amulet of natural armor
jingasa of the fortunate soldier
whatever that ioun stone is that gives +1 insight to AC
mundane cold iron longsword (go go greater magic weapon!)
+1 longsword (as a backup)
+1 cloak of resistance (need to upgrade this...)
a few assorted potions/scrolls/wands/other very minor things

I'm thinking of getting:
pearl of power (1st), maybe two of them?
upgrade cloak
MOAR ARMOR CLASS
some sort of glove or boot with an interesting ability...?

Man, I need to go shopping.

Healer buffer, i noticed a big item which you will want to get immediately.

yes, the first aid gloves are nice... but only have ten charges, and you can adapt your spell list to cover the gaps, or buy a few scrolls. However your going to be useless if your cc'd... i highly recommend you buy a cloak of resistance.

You say healer/buffer, but it looks like you're more focused on melee.

I'd definitely pick up an Amulet of Natural Armor, and start upgrading your armor and shield (and since you can cast magic vestment, you can load them up with named enhancements and still get the plusses too). Also consider the Jingasa of the Fortunate Soldier and Dusty Rose Prism Ioun Stone for more AC (and the cracked version for a cheap +1 initiative).

A wand of cure moderate wounds is just not cost efficient compared to multiple wands of cure light wounds. A wand of lesser restoration will be more useful at that price point.

For consumables, make sure you have a scroll of invisibility purge, a potion of invisibility, a potion of touch of the sea in a potion sponge, and some air crystals.

Or a potion of air bubble, in case you need to cast underwater.

Wasn't listing what I had for MYSELF..but what I bring to back up the others.

I have a Cloak of Resistance +2 Already and working for the next one.

Eyes of the Eagle - perception is one of the most important skills and 2.5k for +5 is excellent

Featherstep Slippers - ignore difficult terrain, very helpful if you re working with a lowered speed due to armour already

Lesser Rodd of Extend Spell - make your armour and shield +2 for 18 hours, also Delay Poison is a great long duration buff. Shield Other is also a decent option.

Clear Spindle Ioun Stone plus Wayfinder - 5k for complete immunity to mind affecting stuff from evil casters. Your will save is likely to be decent but it is probably still worth it.

Thanks for the advice!

No cloak of resistance because I already get a resistance bonus from the Protection domain.

Phylactery of positive energy. Makes your channel awesome at the cost of +2 wisdom head slot.

The protection domain scales slowly compared to the sort of cloak you could afford.
