I guess the queztion is what are you aiming for? The normal maul is basically a +3 great club it can be wielded by medium creatures fine.

If the goal is for a cheaper maul a +1 verson woukd do 1d8 (s) 1d10 (m) +1 for magic and cost 8305 gp.

The damage dice for your example makes no sense in the game rules.

Ahhh..

My goal is a maul of the titans for a tiny creature and scaleing down presents issues...

The damade for example was kicked out by PcGen.
Thus I hit the forums for polishing.

Why is scaling down hard? Its a 1d10 2h medium weapon a great club. There is even a chart in the book.

D10 m 1d8 s 1d6 tiny.

My guess is you likely scaled down the mattock of the titains which is Gargantuan +3 warhammer. But we know warhammer medium damage. So the mattock wouod be 1d4 at tiny.
