+1 Cold Iron Glaive

How much does this cost. From what I have read and my understanding it would be 2016. COld Iron doubles the cost of the weapon and the +1 magic enhancement is 2000 gold. Am I correct in doing the math?

Nope. To enchant a cold iron item you need to pay a 2,000 gp surcharge, so it's 4016 gp. Mind, the extra 2k is a one-time cost, so if you later on decide to upgrade it from +1 to, say, a +1 holy glaive you only pay for the extra "holy".

I didn't see in the cold iron description that it includes the masterwork cost, so wouldn't it be 4316g?

BuzzardB is also correct, cold iron is not automatically masterwork. The full cost would be 16 (8 x2 for cold iron) plus 300 for masterwork, plus 2,000 for +1, plus an extra 2,000 for enchanting cold iron.
