How could my Magus ward his staff and wand case to prevent it from being effect by repel wood from effecting the wands in the case or the Staff?

Not many ways near as I can tell. Antimagic Field is mentioned in the description of Repel Wood, so I would expect Prismatic Wall or Sphere to also work.

An Efficient Quiver should by simply making the staff or wands "not be in the area" while within the Quiver and hence avoid the effect.

But all these methods probably also inhibit the usage of your Staff and Wands by your Magus, particularly directed at the Repel Wood user. Unless you can move out of the fixed line of effect created by the spell ... the spells area is decided when cast (see the last paragraph of the spell description) so the caster can't keep targeted you if you move out of the area (without recasting the spell at least).

Make all your Staves and Wands out of something other than wood. Perhaps using magic to change any that are wood into something else, permanently or other wise. Not sure what effect making the wand case out of different material might have or if that would prevent Repel Wood from functioning on your wands while inside the case. Perhaps lining the case with lead would help ... but that's decidedly a GM decision/house ruling thing.

Since Staves are already 2 to 3 inches in diameter using Enlarge on yourself should make the Staff fit "Wooden objects larger than 3 inches in diameter that are fixed firmly are not affected" category but I'd check with your GM that holding onto your Staff counts as 'firmly fixed'.

Polymorph type spells in general as your gear becomes part of your new shape. Though I'd probably avoid the Plant Shape spells ... lol :)
