Username Colors

I haven't been able to find an answer to this question, so I figured I would ask: What is the significance of the username colors on the message boards? Most people have blue names, a few have red, and I've also seen someone with a green name.

Is it simply based on number of posts, or what?

I'm not sure if I'm correct on this, but I believe blue is the color of the original "name" on the Paizo.com account. Red names are for aliases, and green names are for moderators or Paizo employees. That's my understanding anyway. If I'm wrong, someone please correct me.

Close. Blue is your default account, red/purplish is for an alias, and green is for a PFS character alias.

Moderators' names follow the same color scheme, but have the Paizo golem on where some folks faction symbols are, such as the Taldan crown next to my name on the post.

Thanks for the correction Sniggevert. :)
