Where can I find info on the Gorilla King?
According to Pathfinder Wiki, Heart of the Jungle. If you look up a topic there, the References section will let you know what sources they used.
I think he also features in a few volumes of The Serpent's Skull AP, though I could be mistaken.
Ross is correct. Ruthazek's stats can be found on page 21 of Vaults of Madness, chapter four of the Serpent's Skull AP.

They may list it as a paperback (it is a softcover), but it is actually an adventure path entry. LINKED for the entry on the Paizo site so you can see what it actually is.
I should also note that there is an Ecology of the Charau-ka article in the volume that covers the principle servants of the Gorilla King.

That's the book Joana recommended in the second post in this thread. It does contain information on the Gorilla King and his civilization. And yes, that's him on the cover. I don't think it has a stat block, though.

Fixed the link. Yes, that is him on the cover. And Usaru is given a setting write up with a sketchy "map": little is actually known about the cities of the Mwangi Expanse, and a number of cities in the setting book aren't given detailed maps to represent this. Heart of the Jungle is incredibly useful when doing anything in the jungles of the Expanse. But it doesn't have any stat blocks for the Gorilla King. For that you need the adventure. Which is a little bit of a pain as it is the middle of a campaign that does not revolve around the Gorilla King. Just a heads up warning.
