Using Warhammer Fantasy Gods in Pathfinder.

Being a fan of Warhammer Fantasy lore. I would like to worship Khaine in a upcoming campaign that a friend of mine is running. I would like some help with a conversion before I talk to my DM about my idea. Has anyone added Warhammer fluff before? Anything I should watch out for?

Carefully avoid any references to things that aren't being added. Write up a good description of the deity (Alignment, Domains, Favored Weapon, etc.) and make sure it can easily fit in with the rest of the setting. Include a decent amount of appropriately converted fluff (how he's worshiped, what other followers of Khaine might act like, etc.) and you'll probably be fine. ^^

The first thing I would do is ask the DM if it would be ok.

My DM already knows about my idea. He thinks it will be a great idea. With the work load of the campaign he's getting ready for. I just wanted to make things easier by getting everything in order. The other players know nothing of the setting of Warhammer and are new to Pathfinder. I figured once I've done most of the work. My DM can just edit and slot it into his campaign.

That is cool. From the first post, I thought you had not talked to him and would have hated to see you go through the work and find the DM was not interested.
By the way, I think it is a cool idea as like the Warhammer setting and deities, but never liked the rule system itself.

I apologize for not making things clearer. My mind knows the answer, but doesn't like to show the work. I didn't want to just ask/tell my dm this is what I want and expect him to say yay or nay without having something to show him.

Never Played the RPG version, but I love the lore and stories for WF.

Khaine as worshipped by the Elves or by humanity? There's a big difference. If it's the Khaine that is worshipped by Humanity then he's similar enough to Nogorber, that I would just substitute Norgorger's domains for Khaine's. If the Elven version of Khaine, then maybe a combination of Norgorber and Gorum in terms of domains granted. Preferred weapons would be whatever his description states in WH - I think a dagger for the Human version of Khaine and a great sword for the Elf version. Alignment is probably NE, but an argument can be made for CE, especially if Khaine is actually an aspect of Khorne...The idea has been floated around...
