Assuming you also let cruelty stand-in for mercy as a prerequisite, either the antipaladin can use the feat as stated, or you can change it to something more fitting. My initial thought would be to have it work like slay living instead of raise dead.
Those were my thoughts as well, but I would like something official so I actually know what happens.

He can't take it.
While it's true that Touch of Corruption counts as Lay on Hands, there is no such text that makes Cruelty count as the Mercy class feature (and therefore it doesn't even qualify for the prerequisite Feat).
That is what I thought, but given the OP mentioned wording that allowed it, I figured I've missed something since I last read it.

Per the description of Touch of Corruption it is legal for the Antipaladin to take this feat, but I have no idea what happens when he does.
He can't because the Touch of Corruption is NOT the Mercy feature for this purpose.
Even if he could, what would it do... trigger a healing spell to kill him with?
