Beck I would go with the +1 to int for Sheelah. Add a headband of int and you can get away with most handle animal checks as its is now like a magical beast for intelligence and can follow verbal instructions.

Hey Variel, as I leveled up I was wondering - when I built this character I wasn't too experienced with the Life Link mechanics, and how it would work on group healing etc.
Would you allow me to make some changes on my character regarding the initial build? I was planning on:
- Swapping my Con with Dex (ending up with Con14 and Dex12);
- Or perhaps drop Combat Reflexes and take Toughness;
- Or both :D
What do you think? Would any of these be acceptable?
With both changes, Helgash would of course not have as many AoOs (dropping from 3 to 1), but his hp would raise from 30 to 38. I think it would make me perhaps more useful - on the one hand the cushion for Life Link would be better, and I would also have more hp to wade into the first line - I think we may need another of us to take up that position more often that not.
What about the rest of the guys? What do you think?
Yeah, Helgash that is ok as I gave the others a chance to manipulate their characters a bit after a level of playing to get the right feel. From here on though you are stuck with what you choose.

Not a problem Xanxan. The care of family first. Pakak is going to make a heroic charge and Xanxan is going to inspect the lock then while Beck is dealing with Mierul.

Apologies for the delay Variel, and thank you for the bot - last couple of days have been really busy with job hunting.
On a side note, I will be travelling tomorrow with the family, and until about midday Tuesday - internet access will be limited to phone, so posting will probably be irregular.

I do try to keep the posts up every night once my girls are in bed just this week has been bad as my youngest has had a 102.5 temp for a couple days now and the doctors aren't sure what it is. Pneumonia, pertussis, ear infection are all possibilities still after 4 days of antibiotics.

Well, Malfeshnikor or whatever his name is would have been a tpk if the oracle of life had failed his save vs charm and started healing the barghest instead of the party. They had some difficulty with him, but they prevailed in the end... it was a pretty awesome fight though.
Xanxan, you cleared out the aeir and with your help found a lot of gems in one of the rooms. Now people are trying to recoup before heading back down to get to the last ice portal.

Guys, I want to apologize for a crappy quality and rate of posting these last days - going into my 8th straight day of work today... Still will try and post later on.
When Jetro mentioned he would be leaving I had someone contact me about joining and replacing Jetro. I worked with them to create the beginnings of an arcane trickster. They PM'd Xanxan to make sure there there so o problems with 2 rogues.
The question I have then is do you believe that thereis enough front line firepower with Beck, Sheelah and Helgash with two rogues on the flank that I could leave and have the arcane trickster replace me?
If not then I would stay and be the silent muscle. The encounters would not change too much and I can handle the conversion.
I think we can deal with that. If xan and the New Guy are down, they could really benefit from a few teamwork feats like paired opportunist and a few others. Nimble moves like what Sheelah has so they can take 5' steps over difficult terrain to get flanks more easily.

As of right now no but 1/3 through the next book you will have a chance to sell stuff. Buying might still be an issue though which you will understand later.

The scroll was animate object, th ring was ring of protection +1 and the cauldron was a cauldron of overwhelming allies. 1/day by casting a summoning spell you summon d3 creatures of 1 spell level lower than what you cast.
Ex. Summon monster 3 to summon d3 ice elementals (which is a summon monster 2 creature) would generate another d3 ice elementals. Cost is 4500gp
