Thanks for the guide, Pupsocket. Thought I'd add one to your list.
Druids with the Cave Domain (from UM) gain the Cavesight SLA which would seem to be based on the Darkvision spell. I think it would be considered to be level 2 from the wizard/sorcerer list, but since the spell is granted by a domain, I think it would be classified as divine. If my reasoning is correct then it should count as a level 2 divine spell, and therefore count for early entry to Mystic Theurge.
ZanThrax, I think that the reasoning behind produce flame counting as a domain spell rather than a druid spell is that cleric comes before druid in the Bestiary defined hierarchy. It seems an odd result to me as well, but may be RAW.

A favorite trick of mine is to use an Agathion-blooded Aasimar's Summon Nature's Ally II SLA to qualify for the Sunlight, Moonlight, and/or Starlight Summons feats on a Master Summoner. Now all your spammed summons can bypass a whole bunch of DRs and gain immunity to a bunch of statuses, among other boons. The Agathion-blooded Aasimar even gets you a nifty +2 Con, +2 Cha as your racial stats, which is just perfect for a Summoner.

You mention Rogue (Major Magic) netting you a 1-SLA. You can also use Rogue (Minor Magic) for a 0-SLA.
Ninja (Vanishing Trick) works as Invisibility, making it a 2-SLA.
Ninja (Ventriloquism) is 1-SLA.
Ninja (Sudden Disguise) is 1-SLA.
Ninja (Shadow Clone) is 2-SLA.
Ninja (Feather Fall) is 1-SLA.
Ninja (Invisible Blade) is 4-SLA.
Ninja (See the Unseen) is 2-SLA.

I don't think it references the Darkvision spell, so it should probably be 1. level by default. But I've added it.

Yes. Given that an escape clause for the divine/arcane assignment was written, and then not used for Aasimars, I don't think a new ruling is going to be made to specify that Gnomes Produce Flame like a Druid, not like a Cleric.

This guide
You missed a couple things and if ever want to update I have listed the (core) specifics of the spellabilities.
Races with spell like abilities, their level, the type and the specifics (as it can matter):
NB due to the ruling http://paizo.com/paizo/faq/v5748nruor1fm#v5748eaic9qt6 :
For spell-like abilities gained from a creature's race or type (including PC races), the same rule should apply: the creature's spell-like abilities are presumed to be the sorcerer/wizard versions. If the spell in question is not a sorcerer/wizard spell, then default to cleric, druid, bard, paladin, and ranger, in that order.
This changes it and makes some things automatically higher, others automatically lower.

Pupsocket, it looks like you missed a couple of religion traits from Inner Sea Gods.
0 Level Arcane
Light-Bringer grants light once per day as an SLA. Requires being a worshipper of Sarenrae. Caster level is character level.
(This shouldn't be confused with the Lightbringer racial ability available to elves.)
0 Level Divine
Stabilizing Touch grants stabilize once per day as an SLA. Requires being a worshipper of Pharasma.

There's one trick based on equipment which hasn't been mentioned yet. The Djezet special material from Shattered Star adventure path and the Technology Guide has the ability to increase the level of a spell by 1 whenever it is used as a material component. You never have to use it, but if you have it on your person you technically count as being able to cast a spell of one level higher.
