Simulacrum and fast healing

I'm trying to make a Simulacrum of a Lesser Jabberwock.

I really don't want to screw over my player here, but I don't think it would be right to give it any fast healing.

I'm still unsure of how I should go about dealing with the special abilities.

I've been referring to my 3.5 edition MM for more information but There are still some thing I feel uneasy about.


You could give it a lesser form of Fast Healing; maybe let it regain hitpoints up to half its total?


As a GM I'll probably refer to this thread when making any future simulacrums.

"Nope. Fast healing (and regeneration) are both "healing effects" and thus don't work on a simulacrum.

It's probably easier to just make a new one when the old one gets too beat up."


Wow. I somehow had it in my head that they had a duration in days, but they don't. The problem of how to staff my shop is solved: I'll make a simulacrum of my wizard, who can run the cheese shop.
