And it has nothing to do with the need for a lot of exotic dishes for the planned grand feast in the honor of the winner?

Mask Wraith for the win. Hands down most flavorful, dread and insertable. And I have no idea what a 13th Age is.* As I said over at KQ in the comments for this entry:
...that the concept and execution of the concept transcends rulesets is a definite indication of Sersa’s abilities."
*Ok, I know what it is and have read articles about its escalation die etc, but I have no idea how it works mechanically.

I must admit that I really don’t understand why everybody seems to love the mask wight. I get that it comes from a more story oriented game, but from a gaming perspective it only effects everybody and everyone else except the brave PC’s who are fighting it.
So if the party does not understand its nature then only after the fact will they see (or actually not see) the consequences of the fight. If the PCs do understand its nature then it will add gravity to the encounter…….which will never happen because it will obliterate anyone you have ever met so it will be a ranged encounter negating the possible coolness.
So I don’t get the love.

I can't judge the mask wight's mechanics because I don't know 13th Age, but the creature has terrific fluff and will pick up some votes just for that reason. Also, if someone is a fan of 13th Age above PFRPG their voting selection is probably a no-brainer.
(Regardless of the vote results, I'm just planning on going all Red Wedding on the contest's victory feast - "bouda's delight" will be served as the final course.)

Wendall makes some valid points.
I'll just be grabbing the other three PF monsters and ensuring they make my PCs' lives more interesting somewhere down the line. Perhaps while stopping the unlikely duo of demon and div from terrorizing a small logging village, they accidentally start a forest fire, drawing the ire of of a wicked druid and his strangler cohort, as well as a certain fey looking to dance amid the flames.
...
Or perhaps that might be a bit much, all at once.... Perhaps.
If I ever get the 13th Age ruleset and run a game, the mask wight could certainly provide for a fun scenario.

If my phlogistian faerie does see print, it will need a change to the Revoke the Gift power. I can't believe I didn't get this in there:
Killing the phlogistian faerie that afflicted the creature will also remove its effects.
When I read this for the first time I thought that it should have some additional way of removal because it is too powerful in its base form - deliver a touch to each member of the party and flee awaiting their slow freezing.

That was why I waffled a bit over the CR. Now, I stated that nonmagical efforts to stay warm won't work, but didn't specifically address magical methods. An endure elements could very well stave off the effects for its duration, but that's a temporary fix. One dispel magic and you're in trouble again.
I tend to approach monsters in a less "kill or be killed" kind of way when they're intelligent. With fey especially, they're usually chaotic and often mercurial emotionally. In the instance you describe, she may well await them to freeze to death, but if they were to humbly approach and attempt to make amends for whatever actions caused her to attack in the first place, then she might see her way to reversing it. (And, assuming they don't need to kill her, the PCs receive their XP for resolving the encounter.)

I am confident that all published versions of these monsters would get a bit of development and editing. But the contest is about posting them in the form they arrived.
And yeah, it's easy for the 13th Age fans to just "vote their system". Not sure that the word has gotten out about the vote here on the boards; not everyone visits the 3PP section. Feel free to rustle up Pathfinder votes wherever appropriate.
Voting ends on Thursday.... Noon? I have to ask the web editor.

Today is the last day for voting in the Monster design contest!
The 13th Age Mask Wight is ahead, but there's always the possibility of an upset by a Pathfinder monster.

According to this, while Sersa won the competition, you end up with the commission, Jeff. :)
Congratulations!

Just saw the post and I can say I'm happy to be writing for KP again! Congratulations again to Sersa for a fierce first place entry, and to Eric, Mike, and Wendall for three great creatures, which will certainly be finding a place behind my GM screen in the future.
What terrible monstrosities we'll see?
No idea, but there are plenty lurking in the dark corners of my brain. I suppose we'll see once Wolfgang has laid out what he wants.
