I already own the first two Wrath books and I'm considering subscribing for the rest of the Wrath AP. I'm in the beginning half of another AP and not in a rush to get the full Wrath so I'd be happy to delay to get as many subscription ones mailed together as I can to reduce shipping. I'm not entirely clear on the options however.
If I order #3 now can it wait to ship out with #4? How long do I have before #3 is no longer an option to start my subscription with? I'd prefer to delay until December if that is an option but I don't want to miss subscribing to get the PDF combo for it. Is there a way to delay the shipping of multiple individual issues to bundle them together to reduce shipping?

I believe you will have the option during checkout to ship #3 with a future subscription shipment which will ship it with #4 (if you don't see that, let me know and I can adjust your order). You will no longer be able to start with #3 about the time we start processing and shipping for #4 (currently I think that is around Mid-December). There is not a way to delay multiple volumes to ship at once. Part of the deal with the subscriptions is that the perks (discount price and PDF) are to encourage the regularity that subscriptions offer us (ensuring a balanced cash flow) which means we do not offer a way to bundle multiple months worth of items for a single shipment.
