For Order 2816267,
I see it partially shipped under My Account -> Orders,
But looking at the My Subscriptions page, it appears like none of the products were ordered through my ongoing subscriptions (e.g. it skips from AP 74 as the most recent to 76 as the next, bypassing 75)

Is the order just in the fulfillment area of the astral plane and a little patience will see it all sorted?
Or does it need a Customer Service tug on its silver thread to set it right?

It appears your order was processed for shipping on the 21st and our system skipped over sending you an email. We apologize for any confusion. The display issue on your Order History page should now be fixed, and your PDFs available on your My Downloads page.

You should be able to open the tracking link by going to your Order History page, clicking on the order number, and then clicking the "Track This Package" link.
