Andrew Luck boon?

Hey, I was at a con in Indianapolis and I picked up an Andrew Luck, Race (Human Subtype) boon. Anyone else see this? Here's what it gives:

Super Human: 25 point build, +4 to INT

Uncanny Dodge: Can't be caught flat-footed on a pass rush.

Canny Dodge: +2 AC versus blitzing defenders. Lost if character loses its modifier to Dex.

Audible: Once per combat, after the GM reveals what the opposition is going to do, you can take an immediate action and take your Full Round action for the upcoming round before the defense gets to move.

Scramble: Any time you avoid a sack, your base movement speed increases by 10 yards and your range attack modifier increase by +4.

Giant Killer: +6 to attack and damage to legitimate Super Bowl contenders including but not limited to Seahawks, Niners, Broncos.

I have to say, I think this boon is a little under-powered if it's modeled after who I think it is, but still pretty awesome.

Thanks Mike!!!!!

I find it highly unlikely this is a legal boon given that Mr. Brock is a Falcons fan :).

I personally love the +40 to Acrobatics my Julio Jones boon gives my character!

Saints are above Niners in the conference, No love for them?

Still not as good as the +30 to bullrush that my Adrian Peterson boon gives me!

Too many negatives to list in my Brandon Weeden boon. :(

That's what I get for being a Browns fan.

I would stay far away from saying anything positive about the *aints, unless you would like Mike Brock to smite your PFS #. :)

Yeah, but on the back it says that the owner of this boon is a complete @#$^$%^%&*

I endorse this boon!

I like Scramble in this case it is an EX ability !

Payton Manning boon Apply to character which has reached tier 10-11 and is 'slain'. Provided said PC sits out an entire season after the appropriate raise dead spells are cast, the character gets a +2 in one ability. This increases to +4 if you are slain by a good outsider such as a Saint. While, the character is always considered to be on the slow track to retirement though he gains the gold for each adventure as if taking full credit.

It specifically stacks with the John Elway 'play til your older than dirt' boon.

Our Drew, who art in New Orleans
Brees be thy name.
The bowl has come, it was won,
in Miami as it is in the dome.
Give us this next game,
Our weekly win
and give us many touchdown passes,
but do not let others pass against us.
Lead us not into frustration,
but deliver us to another Super Bowl!

Coworker in Pittsburg: Does anyone know a costunme shop for Halloween in Pittsburg?
Me (Browns fan): Well I hear there are a gorup of guys masquerading as a football team down at the stadium. Might ask them where they got their outfits.

Personally, I only follow college football. After seeing my Florida State team demolish Clemson on Saturday with our freshman QB, I'm wondering if we can get a Jameis Winston boon that lets you apply the young template, but get an additional +4 to everything.

For that matter, a Clemson boon that gives a +4 to hit rolls most of the time, but has a 1 in 12 of chance of "Clemsoning", giving you a -20 for the entire combat, would also be appropriate.

I see all of this talk. I can't believe no one wanted the falcons boon that gives you a phoenix as a mount or companion. It is also gives immunity to the ignorance of GMs that are also Taints fans. Oh well, I will file it away again and try for next year.

Sad you have to stoop to bribery to get people interested in your team =p

Spoiler:
This is said in light hearted nature, playing the falcons twice a year I do respect yall. Especially Julio Jones and Tony Gonzalez, those guys are beastly on the field.

Sovereign Court 1/5

The Chargers boon would be really fun.

Benefit:

When facing an opponent whose CR is your character level + 3 or greater, you receive a +2 circumstance bonus on all d20 rolls. When facing an opponent of CR less than or equal to your character level, you lose.

As a diehard Saints fan for all fo my near 36 years, I am totally stealing this and posting it on my Facebook for all of the Who Dat Nation to enjoy.

Also, do I know you from our +1 or Go4 gaming days? Or are you one of the multitude of Who Dats who doesn't live in New Orleans?

Enjoy it, spread the love.

I live in Baton Rouge but work takes me to New Orleans 2 or 3 times a week. I have been a saints fan since I was 10 and remember watching the games every sunday with my Dad. Back in the days when the 49ers were our big rivals.

I have been meaning to get down to New Orleans on the weekend for the PFS games at +1 and Go4, but weekends have been busy. Im helping our new Venture Lieutenant in Baton rouge get the PFS ball rolling here.

I heard the phoenix boon was like the owl bear in We Be Goblins Too. It looks like a phoenix but it is really just a goblin doing the dirty bird.

I got two Jay Cutler boons at a recent convention. I didn't want them, so I left them on a table in the con room, with a note saying, "free to a good home", before I left to get dinner. When I got back from dinner, there were eight Jay Cutler boons sitting on the table.

:-D

1/5

The nice thing about the Jay Cutler boon is that the "don't be a jerk" rule is lifted. You are allowed to make faces at other players who roll poorly and drop your passes.

Oh, no you didn't.

It's on now.

Here's the Brett Favre boon. You can't get rid of it cos it keeps coming back.

Liberty's Edge 1/5

Well i played at a local game day here in VT and got this one:

Tom Brady boon:

1.+4 to all ranged attacks, and no chance of AoO's when threatened.
2.Free action to change a die roll at the most critical time to avoid a bad ending.
3.+4 Sacred bonus to unarmed melee attacks with legs only to avoid being grappled.
4. Sacred bonus of 1 time per day, to change a rule that may not go his way.
5. Favor of Bill Bellichik. Allowed to read the enemies tactics prior to an encounter to determine the best way to defeat the enemy, and just happen to have the right weapons, spells and equipment to do so even if i don't have them purchased.

and i'm a Pats Fan......

Well played, sir. The other issue with the Favre boon is you have to wait for six months to see if it's actually going to be issued or not.

Silver Crusade 4/5

Well, I'll take the high road here and avoid making fun of the Dirty Birds. No point in kicking them while they're down. With that in mind, I present to you:

Drew Brees boon:
1. One free automatic critical hit with a ranged attack per combat. Cross this boon off after being used 54 consecutive times.
2. Choose one Pathfinder Society season. For all sessions played during that season, automatic maximum damage with ranged attacks until 5,476 points of damage is reached.

See what I did there?

As a Giants 'fan:'

Manning The Younger Boon: Any ranged ability that would aid a companion instead automatically hits an enemy instead.

You do forget though the -2 to attacks for each party member that is unconscious or taken STR or DEX damage (-4 if it's Gronkowski or Amendola)

Also all critical threats by creatures of the Giants Subtypes against you auto-confirm.
