Would the increased barbarian level allow me to count my bab a 4 levels higher to increase the save DC?
That would seem a bit munchkinny but it's best to know!

Unless you're referring to a barbarian ability... the headband does Nothing for Dazing Assault. If you're referring to a Barbarian Rage ability that increases your BAB somehow, then yes it would. The save for Dazing Assault is 10+ your BAB. If you increase your BAB(that number for your Attack that increases with your Class Level) in any way, which you really can't that I know of, then it would in fact increase the save DC.
It'd be best to specify thoroughly before asking such a question.
