If you like us on Facebook, you may have seen the cover we posted for Psionics Augmented, Volume I
This 70+ page book will be out later this month and includes all of the new content we developed for Ultimate Psionics. Fans who already had Psionics Unleashed and Psionics Expanded requested a book of "just the new stuff" and we listened.
This material was fully playtested during our Ultimate Psionics open playtest and we're now in the final stages of layout.
Included are:
2 new races - the forgeborn and noral
30 new racial archetypes - 3 for every psionic race
18 new non-racial archetypes - 1 for every psionic class, 1 for all the base classes not covered in Psionics Expanded
40 new feats
A Game Mastery section, giving tips, insights, and instructions to GMs on how to use psionics in their games, including a treatise on changing the nature of psionics to fit your campaign style
2 new psionic powers
1 new prestige class
11 pages of new psionic items
10 legendary psionic items
With full-color graphics and a brand new layout, this is the best-looking book we've ever produced - a title which will soon be taken by Ultimate Psionics, but for now, it can have its day in the sun.
Psionics Augmented, Volume I will be available in PDF and as full-color softcover printed books.
Tons of new stuff - coming this month!

The PDF, yes. If you also want it in print, that would be extra, because we did not factor in the cost of that in backer rewards, since we never planned to release this as a separate book initially. It will all be in Ultimate Psionics, though.

Psionics Augmented is a line of products. You'll see The Seventh Path, Mythic Psionics, and other things under the Psionics Augmented banner.

While there are SOME changes there, they are relatively minor - mostly dealing with talents and some errata. There are not much in the way of significant mechanical differences between the content in Unleashed / Expanded and Ultimate. Of course, perspective on what constitutes "significant differences" is subject. :)

Eventually, yes. That's more work than you might think.
by, "Backers of the Kickstarter", does that include those of us backers who were only able to get in on everything under the 'Minis & Books' of the Psionic Minis KS?
Anyone who will be getting a PDF copy of Ultimate Psionics.
The exception to this is folks who have preordered here at Paizo. The reason for it is that those preorders have not yet processed... but that's something we're actively looking into a solution to handle.
Jeremy, just downloaded it and managed to glance over it. Very impressive work, there are some things I don't understand yet. I suspect much of it is my out of context problem. I can't wait until I finally get the hard cover.

Still on track! Incorporated the myriad changes from the preview feedback, working on finishing up the cover so I can get the files over to the printer!
You don't have to wait until next week for all the good stuff - we've got a free preview available for download now!

The rest will be out next week!
Dealing with car trouble this morning, but should not stop today's pdf release! Just working on getting the print ready files set up and sent off for a proof!

Hey, I love the new PDF, and really like the new races. I do have one suggestion for the description of the Noral, if you are still looking for feedback before printing Ultimate Psionics. I still am vague on the nature of the symbiote. I picture it as a mass of tentacles that connects at the base of the neck, which works for RP purposes, but describing it in a little more detail in the physical description section would help. Just my two cents. Overall, love it!

As long as the proof gets here quickly, print should be ready next month.

Proof arrived last night. Some minor tweaks that need to be made (a few graphics too dark, a few typos that got noticed, etc.)
I've already made the changes and am getting the print-ready files made now.
Still on track for print release for next month!
And the revised proof has been ordered and should arrive next week!
