PF Modules for PFS Credit?

[My PFS Lavode De'Morcaine]

It is almost my turn to be GM again for my home group. (Two of us take turns switching off every few levels with 2 different groups of PC’s.) Myself and one other player are at least semi-regular at PFS.

Ok, now it seems like I remember reading something a bit weird. I would swear I remember seeing that there were some modules that I could run with the group not being PFS characters. But I as GM (and anyone that wanted one) could still earn a chronicle sheet for playing.

Am I remembering that correctly? Which ones and what do I have to do?

Yep, Rise of the Rune Lord anniversary edition and I believe Shattered Star have chronicle sheets that, as you finish parts of them (and there are 6 parts total), you get chronicle sheets that can be applied to any PFS character. Just report after each section is complete (getting PFS #s) and give everyone a sheet that wants one.

So that is not the same as what I found called sanctioned modules. Correct?

You have to report a legal table with a minimum of 3 PFS members registering to play it, just as if you were running a scenario.

Though Dragon's Demand has a "Campaign" mode similar to APs, too, though this is a new feature.

Dragon's Demand is the first of something that's truly new and different.

My spouse is going to be running Dragon's Demand at Mepacon.... thrugh the WHOLE of Mepacon.

Ok, just read through the rules download for those 2 AP's (SS and RoRL-AE).
Apparently you have to do the entire AP to get the scenario sheets for non-PFS play.

Not quite sure that the same is true for Dragon's Demand.

My group already has their PC's up to level 10. So that won't work for us at this time. But once we start new PC's (in a year or so)I will try to start one of these 3 AP's (unless a new one is out that sounds better).

Dragon's Demand is level 1-6. However, the module that's coming out at the end of this month (hoping they continue to sanction them in the new campaign mode way) is for levels 12-16, so that might work for your characters?

Psh, that delay was like, super recent. No harm no foul! It was originally placed in the store for "end of September"! THAT didn't happen :)

I don't know if my group will want to run through a steampunk / gunslinger long adventure. I will check with them.

Since we alternate GM's and move pretty slow. Late this year may be just about the right time for me.
