I like the idea of an android who isn't a spellcaster, per se, but who can "read" the "code" of magic to do things like counterspell, use metamagic-style abilities on existing spell effects, disarm magical traps, etc.
That sounds almost like the flavor of the arcanist... Huh, it would be a neat way to introduce them to the campaign setting.

theres no point to robot pilots or spaceship pilots or any kind of pilot. Because the amount of vehicles will be minimal to nil, the creative director i hear is not the biggest fan of the vehicles currently out for pfrpg. Power armor? A few. Giant robots? Yes lasers here or there? All signs point to yes. Hover cars or giant robot vehicles? My guess is no.
*sigh*
Small Robot Pilot.

Maybe an alchemist archetype that carries nanotech "extracts" and "infusions" in his/her blood, flesh, and circuitry traces/"runes" skin?
Edit: Maybe I should start writing this up now for the inevitable Numeria issue of Wayfinder?

Technomage(arcane caster with abilities based on using the mysterious technology)
Salvaged Advanced firearm gunslinger ( pieces together advanced firearms from robot carcasses and the use of ray guns, can get more shots from the guns than others)
Techno magus(magus archetype)

I was thinking closer to the flavor of the Cryptic psionic class introduced in Dreamscarred's Psionics Evolved, updated in Ultimate Psionics. The crunch of the android matches up well with them, too.

New classes from Thunderscape: World of Aden campaign setting (PFRPG) that would be perfect for Iron Gods.
Steamwright - (Techno/Tinker type into building gadgets and modifying things)
Mechamage - (Mage who specializes in a 'Golem/Construct' companion which he can customize with 'Writs')
Golemoid - (give up part of your humanity to have tech implants and powers)
Thunder Scout - (Mad Max concept, his companion being a steam powered vehicle that he can mod and use in creative ways)
My favorites are Mechamage and Steamwright. I am going to be playing one or the other for Iron Gods.

Deconstructor, fighter archetype
Tin Can Opener: Using specialized training combined with knowledge of engineering, you can apply uncanny pressure and leverage while grappling. Once you are grappling an opponent, a successful check allows you to continue grappling the foe, and also allows you to perform the following action (as part of the standard action spent to maintain the grapple).
Damage: You can inflict damage to your target equal to an attack made with armor spikes or a light or one-handed weapon. This damage cannot be nonlethal and always bypasses damage reduction.
This ability replaces Weapon Training 1. Weapon Training 1 is instead gained at level 9, Weapon Training 2 at level 13, and Weapon Training 3 at level 17. Weapon Training 4 is never gained.
That's all I can think of now, but I'll try thinking about additional abilities... something about impaling robots (slow effect) or running around robots with a rope many times (trip effect) come to mind... :)
I'm also thinking that constructs have huge CMDs so perhaps a bonus to grapple vs. constructs or something funky like the fighter grappling the giant robot from behind holding on to its head or imbedded sword so the giant robot can't get to him/her with flailing robot arms, etc. etc. etc. :)

An Android Monk racial archetype would be nice. A great deal of the Monk's abilities seem suited to the Android flavour wise (Unarmed damage, , natural AC & Ki points being result of their construction rather than training for example) however since the Android is already immune to much of the stuff the Monk gains later on there is also that clash.
I wouldn't have any idea what this archetype would look like, just think it would be a nice combination and I personally would love to see something done to smooth out the combination.

Biomechanical Summoner - Eidlons are living things of spirit and flesh. But this summoner learns how to bypass these limitations and graft construct like forms around his bonded spirit companions.
Been thinking about the concept, but just for fun here are my archetype proposals:
Clockwork Summoner (variant base summoner): Eidolon is a construct. The eidolon Rejuvenate spells are replaced by Make Whole equivalent spells. Summon spells are changed to Summon Animated Object/Clockwork/Golem (lots of choices).Ironclad Summoner (variant synthesist): Basically Iron Man. A construct eidolon scifi power armor. Lots of superhero or anime/manga inspirations out there. Spell list modifications as with clockwork summoner.
Iron Blood Forger (variant alchemist): Rebuilds living or dead bodies with construct parts and powers them with infusions. Not always good for the target's sanity.

Hah! I just popped in to reply that I'd been working on alchemist stuff for Numeria-themed Wayfinder articles... except I've already done that once before and had forgotten about it (my post, not the ideas).
Android Gunslinger with integrated technology, perhaps weapon arm?
I know that's basically Megaman (and almost Samus from Metroid... even though she's human), but it's still a potentially neat idea.
Yeah, definitely got at least one nifty android item (hazard?) and a solid framework/ideas for an alchemist archetype + discoveries. I'm hoping no one else has already thought of them for the Technology Guide or android section of People of the Stars.

an option for a Motorcycle as a mount.
Like a synthesist summoner archetype based on the Cyclone Veritech Ride Armor?

Silly for forgetting this:

cyborg (any class). But Samurai could use some archetypes.
Mechamage - (Mage who specializes in a 'Golem/Construct' companion which he can customize with 'Writs')
Golemoid - (give up part of your humanity to have tech implants and powers)
By the way, I just published Classy Characters: Robomancer today, which might be just what you're looking for...

Cyborg Gunslinger
A gunslinger with a cybernetic arm that has part of the arm handle reloading.
I still figure the Iron Gods-/Numeria-themed issue of Wayfinder is coming, but it is at least two issues or more down the road. So, for anyone who doesn't want to wait that long, here is my stab at the galva-gunner alchemist archetype. It's admittedly a bit wordy in spots, but I think it's pretty clear mechanically. If anyone has any feedback, you can email me (link in the Doc) or PM me here.
The archetype is very likely to change based upon the info in the upcoming People of the River and Technology Guide. I've also got rough conversions of this for gunslinger and slayer/ranger archetypes, but I'm already bending wordcount just for this one archetype.

Has anyone made an Overclocker Archetype for Android Barbarians yet?
FWIW, I've been marinating on it, but nothing awesome has burbled up in my brain yet.
Edit: I believe Jacobs-Rex said there is a feat in People of the Stars that unlocks their emotional processing. I've been partially waiting on reading that before I started putting stuff on e-paper.

EDIT:
Maybe a Bard/Monk hybrid class?
Yeah, maybe some of the sound striker's weird words too? The Voice also seems useful for compulsion... maybe a "painful" strike based on their mastery of nerves and nerve induction?
