help with cost of a weapon

I have an adamantine bastard sword of holy+1 and would like to had speed to it which is a cost of a +3 weapon. Sounds awesome but can't figure out how much gold I need. Any ideas?

The +1 holy is equivalent of a +3 weapon, meaning that the +3 adjustment from speed would make it a +6 equivalent weapon. To get the ability added by a crafter other than yourself, it would cost 54,000 gp. Crafting it yourself would take half the amount of money, though.

Yes that is an additional 54k GP, not total cost (which is how I read it the first two times).

To aid in item creation, why not use PCGen to calculate the costs?
