Is there an adventure path timeline?? or do they all happen at the same time?

they happen when you want them to happen:) tho technically Rise of the RuneLords happens before Jade Regent and Shattered Star, also Second Darkness and Curse of the Crimson Throne are assumed to have happened before Shattered Star. otherwise depends on your personal tastes.
also Reign of Winter Starts in 4713, 1,400 years after Baba Yaga forms Irrisen

Correct.
With the exception of Reign of Winter (which has a hardwired start date of 4713) and Shattered Star (which has a soft start date of "after Runelords, Second Darkness, and Crimson Throne finish, whenever that might be"), none of our Adventure Paths have an assumed start date.
NONE of them have assumed end dates.
This is so folks who come to the game today can play the APs in any order they want, basically, but also because that way no matter how many additional books we publish, someone who comes to the game today doesn't have to know any more about Golarion than someone did 6 years ago. You can pick up the Inner Sea World Guide and be ready to go, pretty much.

I basically assume that all of the AP's save Jade Regent, Shattered Star, and Reign of Winter star in 4711. The ones listed start in 4713.
