Exploration with blessing card question

Hi !

Sorry if this question is obvious, but I was playing with my wife yesterday and we were almost out of blessing cards. It was my turn and my wife had 3 blessing of the gods in her hand. I know that we can play the blessing cards to help another player in a check roll but can we use the card to make another player explore again ?

Only the active player may use Blessings to explore.

Pg 9 of the rulebook, last sentence under the "Explore" section:

"You may never explore on another player’s turn."

I had this exact question come up last night. So, can the active player use all their available blessings to keep exploring during their turn? Say I have 3 blessings showing in my hand... can I use each one in series to get through the location deck quicker and avoid advancing the blessings deck?

That's how we did it last night once we saw only 2 blessings cards left in the pile. Sometimes those villains are hiding at the bottom of the last damn pile!

Yes, the active player can play as many Blessings cards from their hand as they want in order to explore multiple times on the current turn.

In fact, you often *have* to explore multiple times on a turn (with blessings or certain allies, usually) to "beat the timer" and win the game.

Keep in mind that if you and your wife get your characters to the same location, she can give you one of those blessings on her turn...
