Guided Weapon Price

Rules Questions

Hi every one!!!
I have a question for the Magic Item specialist.
I am totally new to magic items, and i wantes to know, how much is

Guided Composite Shortbow and Longbow.

Here's some indication

Guided Weapon
Aura moderate evocation; CL 7th; Slot weapon quality; Price +1 bonus.

Composite ShortBow 75po
Composite LongBow 100po

I hope someone could help me.

Thank you!!!!

To have a weapon be magic, it has to be masterwork. To add a property onto a weapon, it has to be at least +1 first. So...

Masterwork weapon: 300
+1 base magic cost: 2000
Guided: 6000 (because adding +1 and a +1 property makes it a +2, so the guided cost is basically the difference between a +1 and +2 weapon)
Composite Shortbow: 75

So in total: 8375

For a longbow: 8400

Thank you for your help!!!

Not a problem. Don't forget to add on the additional cost if you want those composite weapons to be able to make use of a larger strength modifier.

Or you can add another 1,000 and have the bow automatically scale to your Strength score with the Adaptive property.

In short, 300 (Masterwork) + 2,000 (+1 Enhancement) + 6,000 (Guided Property) + 1,000 (Adaptive Property) + 100 (Base Composite Bow) = 9,400 Gold Pieces.
