Drunken Brawler feat

Rules Questions

So I was looking into playing a Drunken Brute+Invuln. Rager Barbarian for a sea faring campaign we may be planning and I was wondering a few things,

1) Does the penalty for the Drunken Brawler feat stack cumulatively with itself?

2) Is there any way to get drinking speed below a move action without being a monk to have drunken ki?

Thanks in advance for your time/help.

1) Penalties always stack but bonuses from the same source never do.

2) Besides Drunken master's Fast Drinker feat... Best I can do is as a move action using the accelerated drinker trait in Cheliax, Empire of Devils book.

Bleh well that clears another crap feat and it's equally crappy pre req off of the list I suppose. Thank you.

The Exchange

Sorry for the thread necro here, but while looking for info on the Drunken Brawler feat, I saw the replies and do not agree.

A couple of things to consider:
1. The Core Rulebook does not say that all penalties stack. It says that most penalties stack, which means that some do not.
2. The Drunken Brawler feat does not specify stacking and the bonuses are untyped and from the same source.
3. The saving throw penalty is also untyped and from the same source.

So, while Drunken Brawler is not a spell, the spell rules would seem to make the most sense. "Spells that provide bonuses or penalties on attack rolls, damage rolls, saving throws, and other attributes usually do not stack with themselves." Why should a feat work any differently? (Shouldn't)

Also, there are precedents with other negative conditions like Shaken, etc., when they come from the same source. At most, additional drinks might just extend the duration of the various effects (table variation zone).

The Drunken Brawler feat should be updated to include a sentence that says something like:
1. The saving throw bonuses and penalty do not stack, nor do additional drinks extend the duration.
-or-
2. The saving throw bonuses and penalty do not stack, but additional drinks will extend the duration.
