Subscription Question


Pathfinder Adventure Card Game General Discussion


I apologies if this is in the wrong place, I'm kinda new around here :)

So after watching some videos and reading the rules I realised this was one game that I mst have. Before realising there was a subscription service, I ordered the base game and the character add-on. I have since gone back and subscribed, starting from the first release next month.

Question is this, do I get the shiny new promo cards even though I erroneously ordered the base game separate from my sub? If not, will I have any luck with support about getting my orders mashed together?

If I were you, I'd make a post in the customer service forum. Alternatively, I'd send them an email at customer.service@paizo.com. (Bare in mind that they dont work over the weekend, so they probably wont see it until Monday).

If your items havent yet shipped, Sara, Erik and Justin can probably organise cancelling those and replacing them with subscription copies (giving you a discount and the promo cards). If everything has already shipped, or if you bought the items somewhere else, it's probably a little different.

Still worth trying though, in my experience - they'll do what they can to get things set the way you want them.

I had pre-ordered the game early on and then switched to a subscription. Paizo automatically converted my pre-order to subscription copies. I don't know about the promos, but you shouldn't have a problem with duplicates if both your orders were on the same account.
