Just in case you're looking for other adventures from Dungeon with the same basic concept, "Black Egg" from #106 and "Gnome Droppings" from #63 are both adventures where a ship falls from space.

And of course, there's S3: Expedition to the Barrier Peaks from 1980 which started it all.
