Subs pick up at the warehouse?

Customer Service

I live an hour away from Paizo HQ. I'm sure I'm not the only subscriber that lives relatively close to Paizo HQ.

Have you guys ever considered letting us pick up our subs at the warehouse?

Is it logistically feasible? It wouldn't save me any money once I drive out there and back home, but I'd love to make a trip to Paizo HQ every month.

I believe there is a zoning restriction that prevents us from doing this sort of thing.

Would've been fun making a monthly trip and saying 'Hi' to the warehouse crew.

Bummer.

Thanks for the quick response!

That is surprising. I dunno about Washington but most warehouses here in NJ have Will Call pickup. Though having people showing up for their subscriptions would probably be a nuisance for the warehouse staff and not as cool as a Paizo fan doing it might hope it to be =p

I imagined it working almost the same way subs work now. Instead of a 'ship' email we'd get a 'ready for pick-up' email. I also imagined the 'will call' subs would either be first or last in the queue. Last would be fine by me as my intent is not to get 'early access', just to have a reason to swing by and say 'Hi, you guys are awesome' on a monthly basis.

We want to minimize disturbances to the office, as it can impact our already hectic schedule, and we also have security guidelines that we have to adhere to for credit card processing. Allowing people to randomly stop by unannounced, even for subscription pickups, is just not feasible.

You can, however, continue to tell us that we're awesome monthly, weekly, or even daily. :D

I have been remiss in my duties as a customer, it seems.

Also, Liz is best pony.
