Hello everyone, I will be on vacation for three weeks. Just use any of Anastasia's spells as you see fit!!

And she can channel as a move action and channel as standard with a reroll kicker and excludes the enemies so use that if you need healing fast.

I had been trying to make a circle of 10' radius to see how big that was, but then when I tried to delete the circle, well, people disappeared too, and CTRL-Z didn't help.

Ok, we need a replacement for Ana! Shame, because she was the perfect PC for our group, especially in this part of the module. Her abilities smoked those spectres!

Before Ana goes, she can restoration all who need it I'd think. For that matter, she could do that before we leave the castle.

Take a look at the loot list. We have a lot of gp tied up in a few very powerful items, but items we may not necessarily need, or use.

GM, I assume, since you didn't mention it, that no level up to 16?

So that weapon is +4 Holy, Z-K follower bane? So against an evil Z-K worshipper it’s +6 and +4d6 damage? Nice!

so i don't have any hard feelings for deleting the 2 party loot staves. I think Tronar's Greater Teleport is always going to be around so the Travelling staff is just a fly spell which Tronar also keeps prepared. The Conjuration staff is less interesting against undead (cloudkill) and we all have a Summon VI tattoo.

15th level is a bit high to add a new person.

Can I propose that I recreate Anna on one of my other aliases, new name, same abilities, and we press on?

If that's what you'd prefer to do, I'll allow it. I was going to question whether recruiting someone is a good idea with one book to go, especially since the last book is heavy on the continuity and should move along a bit better in PBP as it isn't just a giant dungeon crawl.

(Seriously, PBP is awful for that kind of gameplay. I'm running Abomination Vaults live in Foundry for a different group and it plays like a dream, but going room by room on a forum is a SLOG)

If you prefer, one of the NPC allies who shows back up in Book 6 is that cleric of Abadar Ishani who you helped during the plague, and I/You/We could always use him. Laori is also shopping around for a new deity, so she could always return with a patron of your choice.

Or re-skinned Ana, your call.

I liked Ana's ability to nuke the specters! She seems like a keeper. :)

Okay, sounds like that's the plan then. Should we try to come up with a way to intro the character in canon, or just have them sort of magically retconned into Ana's place?

I agree with Shaeda. no need to really create a new character from scratch. Divine inspiration / transfiguration of the existing character for flavor alignment with the module is my vote.
