I'd like to direct everybody's attention to a new star in the PFS firmament - my partner-in-crime, Venture Captain Rob Silk has been awarded his 5th star.

This will come as no surprise to anybody who has met him. Rob is an excellent GM and a tireless champion of Pathfinder Society, making sure that PaizoCon UK and our website run smoothly and always being there to help. This is very well-deserved.

Thank you Rob!

The Second and Third PFS games I played were run by Rob, and to this day they are still the best games I have ever played.

5 Stars for Rob is well deserved.

Well done Sir - you are buying the drinks at Shadowcon :-)

Terry, I believe the rule is that people with the lowest PFS number get the drinks bought for them. And it's the lower numbers of stars that start the process.

Ain't that right Rob?

I can't think of anyone who deserves this more than you Rob. I'm very happy to see all your tireless efforts rewarded in this way. Huge congratulations my friend.

Congratulations Rob! Extremely well deserved, based on the times I've had the pleasure of playing at your table.

I consider myself ery lucky to play at Robs weekly table. In fact its often the highlight of my week. More than just a pathfinder game, more than just a GM!

Well deserved indeed.

Talk about a lucky escape - Both the Chris's (Manning and Brockley-Blatt are 1 star GM's, far beneath the heady heights of my 2 star level :-)

I'm sure some of us no-stars could be persuaded to part with beer-tokens...

Congratulations, Rob. Thoroughly well deserved!

Rob
Congratulations - well deserved. You know in my family I could never compete with you.

Well done (from Laura)

Great Job - keep going (from Philip)

That fifth star is long overdue.

I played at that 2nd table Dragnmoon talked about all those years ago and it was great! Yeah, Rob Silk is that good! :-)

Just need to make a special mention his performance at last year's PaizoCon UK as Drandle Dreng. It was amazing. I've heard rumors that he'll be cosplaying Chief Gutwad at PaizoCon UK 2014!

Congratulations Rob.

Dear Chums, thanks so much for the kind words. It's very humbling...but that won't stop me celebrating with a few beers this Friday with the usual crew down in Saventh Yhi. I recognise lots of familiar names from Europe and America above and I really look forward to playing with you lovely people again. ...'til the next time.

I always thought Dreng *was* modelled on Rob... :-)

I have to agree - Whenever I hear Drandle Dreng mentioned I picture Rob (and the same for a certain Ex head of the shadow lodge and Sad).

Rob is certainly on my top-5 list of GMs.
