WOOT!!

Liberty's Edge Digital Products Assistant

It takes a few seconds for the messageboards and blog to sync.

Gotcha. Thanks.

Goblin Squad Member

Will GW / Paizo be attending Comic Con in NYC in October?

Goblin Squad Member

I'm a bit disappointed by the future blog erraticism. I am alright and understand missing a blog for GenCon. But then to have one dedicated to reviewing GenCon afterwards feels like two missed chances for cool design news. Especially when there will be lots of press coverage of the show already! Though, I suppose if that is what my fellows would rather hear about...

A blog from the future!

Community Management in a World of Flames sounds very interesting. I wish I could be there for it. Any chance we'll get some decent videos of the panels?

- Blog Schedule

+ Various Panels and new info, which eventually we will learn about here.

A draw?

You guys are gobbling up design news faster than our designers can design! :) They need a break every so often to actually get real design work done. So don't begrudge them a few weeks off to get ahead of you guys a little bit again. :)

Must chip in, impressed with the various panels/seminars topics on offer.

Gutted to miss the blogs, but can appreciate the work-load is very big.

Saturday August 17th

Pathfinder Online Seminar: Saturday at 5 pm we'll be doing a panel in room 231 exclusively devoted to Pathfinder Online. Ryan and Stephen Cheney will be headlining that event.

Mission should you wish to accept it: Video!

Good spot, Nihimon, scanned too quickly past that. This caught my eye:

Sunday August 18th

At noon on Sunday, Ryan will be speaking about Beginner Boxes, Quick Plays, and Rules-lite RPGS in room 210, taking a look at introductory game products.

Still those dates are not far off, so all good things.

Goblin Squad Member

You see it would be much easier if we had straight up access to the design documents so we can comment in real time. And the designers should totally have headphones on all the time with a text to speech program running so they can hear our feedback in real time. That would be totally be the best work conditions ever.

@GW

hehe We don't care if you are all insane by the time the functioning product releases. You will have lots of time to embellish it from the "Rest Home". :)

I think the reason I don't like these kind of blogs is that it's kind of rubbing it in my nose all the cool stuff that happens at these conferences. Attending these things is not a simple matter when you live in Alaska! Any excursion to the lower 48 means a plane ticket or very long drive.

It's like if I wrote a blog about how great my freshly caught wild salmon dinner was, or how cool it is to watch the northern lights from Cheena hot springs. We'll see how you all like that. >.>

@Andius: Hit the nail on the head. Speaking of which, if Inns had graphical representation of patrons sitting down, tucking into a full meal, a side Stein or two full of golden, delicious mead. It would make for a social as well as salivating scene.

I live in Australia, and this blog post makes me a sad panda

I know what you mean, I used to live in Wasilla. Now that I'm out of AK, I still can't go anywhere :(. Kids, wife, and military all come first.

From? Maryland. Although I'm in Seattle, WA for a few more hours until I return to Nebraska. Don't worry, I'll return to Seattle for good in a couple months!

I find game news not very informative; much of it seems shallow, marketing-oriented, and neither well-written nor well-researched. I get all my PFO news here, so I'm one of those looking forward to the blog.

Goblin Squad Member

This is good news actually. I think a lot of us need the break from the boards. The wait is literally killing us ;)

Goblin Squad Member

Sooooo.... Is there anyone attending GenCon who would just love to claim my Konkrud promotional mini and mail it to Finland? It's no biggie, right?

For the mini do you have to be at gen con in person? Can I hand my filled out certificate to someone else to it pick up?

Shadow Lodge Goblin Squad Member

So where does one find the form for the mini? I'm a Crowdforger Pioneer, and I see my other downloads, but no "mini" form...

CEO, Goblinworks

If you don't see the PDF download, contact customer.service@paizo.com

Can we pick these up for friends with their forms or do they have to be there in person?

Oooh! I have a sudden strong urge to take back all those unkind things I posted and grovel for a fillet...

Good salmon is almost impossible to come by down here anymore.
