Aspect of the Beast: "A ranger who selects the natural weapon combat style can take this feat without having to meet the prerequisites (even if he does not select Aspect of the Beast as a bonus feat)." [emphasis mine]

I don't really wanna use four feat selections to get aspect to work the way I'm looking for it to so I'm gonna see if my GM will give me two or let me take 1 for all of the effects. Do you think that's too overpowered?
He might let you swap class abilites for it. Get rid of some that don't fit the theme.

OK, posted this a little while ago but my first PFS character I made was essentially a dwarven werewolf, here's how I did it if you're curious.
Ranger (Trapper) 1, then the rest as Druid (World Walker)
I never planned on taking more than one level of ranger because of the feat Shapeshifting Hunter which let my druid levels advance my favoured enemy.
The World Walker druid archetype gave me an improving favoured terrain like rangers usually get at level 3 as well.
Finally, I took the Wolf domain instead of an animal companion, which gave me improved trip, (eventually) better flanking, and Aspect of the Wolf as a 3rd level spell instead of the usual 5th level. It also gave me some werewolf-y spells like hunter's howl, bloodhound etc. for fun.

Oohh I don't think I saw that one before. I like it! +4 to saves against confusion etc is much more likely to be useful than against fey, and it's definitely flavourful.
The only thing about going all druid after ranger 1 is the loss of bonus feats might hurt for a combat style like archery. The only feat you really need for melee is power attack I think but between archery and wildshape fun your other feat slots will be in great demand.

There's also the prestige class Nature Warden from the APG. It's well suited to entry by a ranger/druid. It might fit what you're looking for. Linked here.
