So how screwed am I? I organized and GM'd the starter scenarios for my players something like a year ago. After the first one I remembered to fill out my own chronicle sheet. After the second and third ones I didn't. However, I did remember to put the info here on the Society pages (because I don't want to be a monster).
This past weekend I played at Ropecon with the same character I applied the GM credit for. According to Society info here on the Internet he's supposedly level 2 and has been credited for three scenarios. On paper I had with me he was level 1 and had only one past scenario.
Hod screwed am I and can I fix this?

If you've genuinely GMed those scenarios and reported them online, I see no issue with printing out the GM credit chronicle sheet retrospectively. I've even done it a couple of times (albeit delayed by a week or two, rather than a year) when I've taken just enough paper chronicles to the session for the players and myself, and then an extra player has turned up.
Playing the PC at the weekend makes things a bit more complicated. What scenario did you play at the weekend? Did you play as a 1st level or 2nd level PC?

You might want to chat with your regional coordinator for an official comment, but given that it's an honest mistake by someone inexperienced with PFS, and the only person inconvenienced was yourself (by playing a 2nd level PC as 1st level), personally I'd have no issue with you getting your chronicles in order retrospectively, and advancing your PC to 5 XP, making sure your PC was fully levelled up and up to date.

Agreed.
