Need More Initiative

Ok, so what can I buy to increase my initiative?

I know the Belt of DEX is good for a +2/+4/+6 for +1/+2/+3 but I'm looking for just plain ol initiative items.

I heard that there is an Ioun Stone for a +1 bonus.

Is there anything better than that?

Including the price would also be very much appreciated.

The cracked dusty rose prism is 500gp.

The big initiative bonuses come from traits, feats and class features.

Improved Initiative: +4
Reactionary/Warrior of Old/Elven Reflexes: +2

Sohei/Diviner: +1/2 level
Kensai 7: +int bonus

Familiar: +4

There are a number of ways to obtain a familiar.

also inquisitor can get there wisdom to initiative. make a high wis/dex based dervish inquisitor and when the DM ask for initiative rolls slam your fist on the table and state "I GO FIRST"

Ok, I need an Ioun stone or something to give me a +4 or +5 bonus. I'm playing PFS and I'm a fighter with no intention of deviating into caster classes. Any advice on that other than the 500gp stone or Improved Initiative?

I'm already going for Improved Initiative but I'd like more. :D

well...imp initiative, the stone...can you get the trait? beyond that and DEX im honestly not sure.

is there any decent archetypes for warrior you could take? i dont know, i dont know a ton about fighters.

either way a warrior could go dervish as well, it doesnt directly help you with initiative but the fact you dont need STR at that point helps dump more into DEX.

It doesn't strictly speaking raise your initiative, but items that help with Perception and/or let you know there's about to be a combat could "improve your initiative" by letting you act in a surprise round more often (either catching your opponent's ambush or setting one up yourself).

Alternately, splash levels as Diviner Wizard.

2)comspognathus or greensting scorpion familiar for +4 initiative (can be obtained with eldritch heritage)
3)various traits for +2 initiative (trait bonus)
4)cracked dusty rose ioun stone for +1 initiative (competence bonus)
5)corresponding runeforged weapon for +2 initiative (insight bonus)
6)divination specialist wizard gets you +(1/2)level initiative
7)warrior priest feat (+1 initiative)
8)favored terrain (+2 to +8 initiative while being in the right terrain, can be obtained through ranger levels and rogue talent)
9)7th level kensai magus adds INT to initiative
10)good hope spell (+2 morale bonus on initiative, initiative is a DEX check)
11)anticipate peril (+1 to +5 insight bonus to initiative)
12)2nd level inquisitor adds WIS to initiative
13)ifrits can get +4 initiative in place of energy resistance
14)elves can get +2 initiative in place of keen senses and weapon familiarity
15)zerk drug (+1 alchemical bonus)
16)dueling weapon property (+4 enchancement to initiative)
17)2nd level duelist PrC (+2 initiative), 8th level duelist gets another +2
18)Inexplicable Luck feat (+8 once per day)
19)aldori dueling mastery feat (+2 initiative)
20)banner of the ancient kings item (+4 circumstance bonus)
21)4th level guide ranger (+2 while in favored terrain)
22)5th level battle scout ranger (+2 initiative)
23)the noble scion feat allows to use CHA instead of DEX for initiative
24)Temporal Celerity revelation

Some of them might be possible to obtain through items like the boots that give you ranger's favored terrain.
