Lantern Lodge Samurai- Looking for Master (Housebroken!)

Okay, I have a samurai who is Order of the Lion, whose master is Amara Li. Now, depending on how Way of the Kirin ends for her (no spoilers!), I am going to have to change that. If it goes badly, poor Logheir will have to go Ronin. If not, I will have to leave her for the sake of actually working for the society without having to justify being half a world away and working for a different faction.

Now, if it goes as I hope, Logheir will ask for permission from Amara Li to join another faction (perhaps Grand Lodge), and accept a different Venture-Captain as his master. That way, I don't have to go through a level without abilities as a switch orders. Can I do this?

Related to that question, what Venture-Captains would be suitable?

CN Ulfen/Tien human Gorum-worshipping Samurai. Flavor is a mix of samurai and viking, TWFights with handaxe and katana. Not too smart or skilled, but otherwise pretty good at getting things done. Looking to start leveling into Mammoth Rider at 10th level. I like to have his savage-barbarian-ness contrast with his stark loyalty to his sovereign.

You know, there's a long tradition of Ulfen warriors serving Taldor. There's even a faction specific boon related to it in the Pathfinder Society Field Guide, and it comes up in at least two PFS scenarios.

While I HAD thought about turning him into an Ulfen Guard, I don't think he would be able to do much of their missions. I was thinking about changing to another venture-captain.

The thing is, I want to have a master who is relevant to the Society, however remotely. Someone who I can actually interact with. Part of the reason the faction is going away is that they don't have much to do with the metaplot.

The big thing I'm asking here is not which faction I should switch to, but can I even switch masters in regards to my order.
