I think I am reading it right in that normally:
Intelligent weapons cannot be Axiomatic Anarchic Holy Unholy, because it would be like a person going insane because they have four alignments that have four separate combinations (LG, LE, CG, CE).
However is it even possible to get a Axiomatic Anarchic Holy Unholy weapon since each special ability is a +2 Bonus to the weapon and all four would be a +8 effective bonus to a weapon for the costs?

Yes, because weapons go up to +10 enhancement. You don't need a +1 enhancement per +1 enhancement equivalent ability or something.
Though I would advise against having such a weapon since at least 2 of the given properties would be bestowing negative levels on you as long as you were holding the damn thing.

Not to mention that each of those abilities costs plus 2-although they are wrongly filed.under plus 1 on the d20pfsrd on the list but the actual description still is correct-so you cant have more than 2 on a weapon without it breaking the plus 5 on each side rule.
The OP didn't specify a double weapon. However, I'd be curious to know where there is a rule saying a double weapon is limited to +5 per weapon head.
The rule text I can find says:
A single weapon cannot have a modified bonus (enhancement bonus plus special ability bonus equivalents, including from character abilities and spells) higher than +10.
I read that to mean that, on a double weapon, I could have anywhere from +1 on one "head", and +9 (equivalent) on the other, up to an even +5/+5 split. So long as I don't exceed +10 over all.
