My players are not intending to actively participate in PFS, but I would like to get them credit in case they change their minds. They're all ok with being signed up, they just don't have the time to attend, at the moment. (Finding time to meet just for our home games is trouble enough).
They don't have any PFS characters created yet. I do have pre-generated PFS numbers for them. When reporting the session, I assume I'll put in their PFS number as xxxxx-1, but do I have to have a character name or faction, or can I go back and add that in once they do create a character?
I want to report in a timely fashion, so I can get the table credit, but I'm sure I won't have the info any time soon.

As long as you don't mark the whole event as completed, you can always go back and edit the sessions. I suggest you put in the name of the PC they're playing in the adventure path as the name, and Grand Lodge as the faction, then edit them both when the correct info becomes available.

Thanks for the info.
Another question, if I may.
I have reported the session and I'm going to apply the credit to one of my 1st level characters. So, my character will get 1,398 gp, 3 XP, and 4 PP, correct?
Looking at the session for that character, my prestige points are listed as "GM 2". Do I put 2 or 4 PP on my chronicle sheet?
Thanks again from a newb.

Correct.

4. The 'GM 2' is a known limitation with the online reporting system, which is probably fairly low priority to fix. Your paper chronicle is your primary record; if that's correct (i.e. 4 prestige), then you're fine.
