Have a few questions regarding the GenCon Special.

Question 1: Is there going to be any form of pre-registration or will it be a free for all like last year?

Question 2: Are there a strict number of tables per tier? if 1/4 of the 250 people signed up to play arrive with level 12+ are a bunch of them SOL (i'm exaggerating the numbers). Or will you throw out a feeler as to how many higher level tables are required?

Question 3: 12+ Tables, are they broken up between tier 12-13 and 14-15. Can a level 12 play in the 14-15 and vis versa ? Can a group of level 12-15 play whatever tier they APL fall under?

Question 4: If higher tiered groups are organized before hand can they be accommodated ?

Thanks,

Marc

1) No clue.
2) No limit. GMs prep 3 subtiers
3) Past 12 it only matters table APL. 12's can play with 18's.
4) Usually.

Are you talking about Specials in general (Race for the Runecarved Key) or this year's (Siege of the Diamond City)? Locally everyone has been under the impression that since 5-00 is listed as Tier 1-15 you can't play with a character past 15.
